I Tried Looking Like a Mormon Wife for 2 Months — Lip Filler, Hair Extensions, Botox, and All Cosmopolitan

I decided to embark on a quirky experiment: trying to look like the quintessential Mormon wife. Now, before you raise an eyebrow, let me clarify that this wasn’t a religious or cultural exploration (though I did learn a thing or two about hair extensions). It was purely for fun, sparked by a passing thought while scrolling through Instagram.

I set myself a challenge: two months. During this time, I would indulge in the stereotypical beauty treatments often associated with the image of a Mormon wife — lip filler, hair extensions, Botox, and all. I wanted to see (and document) what would happen.

Would I feel different? Would others treat me differently? Would I enjoy the process? These were the questions that kept me going, or rather, keeping my lips injected, hair attached, and face frozen.
